Here, I’ve compiled content and tutorials explaining the concepts that I teach in my Design & Sew Shorts Class. The class walks students through the entire design process from taking measurements for a custom pattern block all the way to a finished pair of shorts. The content listed below will help do the same, and can easily be adapted to a pair of pants.
I’ve selected these videos to keep the information congruous with what I’ve taught in class, but there are many other methods and techniques out there to try. This is great place to start, but branch out and see what works for you!
